Education Methodology
Four different skills of English language are taught in conjunction with each other conducting different applications and activities. For example, it is aimed for the student to comprehend a listening or reading text and convey what he/she understands by speaking or writing.
A natural atmosphere in which the student can learn by exploring and applying is created to avoid (instead of) memorizing grammatical rules directly.
“Learning to learn” is a process. Some people can learn more easily and comfortably by writing, in the meanwhile, some can learn by visualizing the thing that they have seen or listening to the things that they hear. In order for effective learning to take place in a multiple intelligence environment, one must be aware of his own learning style and be able to apply the most appropriate learning method for himself/herself.
Therefore, every single new information learned remains in mind and learning English contributes to the lifelong learning process that can take place in all areas of life.
Within this period, the teacher is a guide who designs the learning environment, transmits information, facilitates learning and makes it easier for students.
